The University of Central Asia has launched an entrepreneurship training for tourism leaders from Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in partnership with Accelerate Prosperity and funded by the European Union, the project aims to strengthen connections between business and regions tourism industry.
The training was held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. This 2 weeks of training in Dushanbe gave the great opportunities for both our entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. First week of training was taught by professional Marketing Consultant Артур Зотов. Our lucky participants learnt the secrets of Marketing tools, Promotion and the role of entrepreneurship in tourism industry. The method of teaching was great, very easy acceptable by the participants; group of, individual work and the most valuable part was exchanging our life experience with other entrepreneurs during the training.
Second week of our training was all about business planning and we were lucky to have the great coach, business consultant @Gulnara Toralieva on Business planning course. We learnt how to start planning our business, our entrepreneurship. Not only the planning our business but now we know what how to build it up and attract the investors to our business. Thanks to our colleagues, during the training in teamwork with the leaders of Tourism Industry (Tajikistan/Kyrgyzstan) we exchanged our experience and filled our empty parts with the useful knowledge.
Of course thousands of thanks to the coordinator Asel Botalieva UCA (and the whole team who is part of it) for the fantastic organization, logistic and the given opportunity to be part of this great training.
Cannot make a conclusion without mentioning our Tajik hosts and UCA team who made our days fruitful during this training in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Every single day you was fantastic with full of knowledge, you are the experts and professionals. We are looking forward for the second cycle of the training.
